ISC RP248 Compact Rigging Pulley for 14mm rope Description

We're excited to show you the 200 Series, which is the next version of ISC Rigging Pulleys.
The ISC North Wales factory in the UK is where our Rigging Pulleys are created and made. For over 50 years, they have been making safety components and 'Solutions in Metal' that are the best in their field. The RP248 can hold ropes up to 14 mm wide.

"What's next?" was on ISC's mind when they started this project. What could they do to make our top-of-the-line Rigging Pulleys even better? It was clear to them that their customers loved how strong and reliable the pulleys were, as well as how popular the SpringLock closing system was.So the team stepped up and made these features better.

ISC had to start from scratch when designing the pulley plates in order to make the 200 Series Pulleys so much stronger.Using cutting-edge stress analysis tools, they bent and rearranged the material in the hot-forged high-strength metal frames to make a big difference in how they worked under load and increase their strength.

This was then combined with a one-of-a-kind axle/frame fitting design and heat-treated, hardened stainless steel axles, which makes it less likely to bend or deform when it's under too much stress. ISC has made pulleys that are up to 150% stronger than the ones that came before them. They are made to handle even the hardest rigging jobs with ease.

The next test was the locking system. What could ISC do to make it better? People have come to expect reliability and ease of use from ISC pulleys, and the new Patent Pending "SafeLock" mechanism makes those things even better. The new SafeLock locking system keeps the quick action of a SpringLock while keeping the design very low-profile.

Each and every part of the New ISC 200 Series Pulleys shows how much skill and care went into making them.
