Stihl KMA120R Power Unit Shell

The STIHL KMA 120 R is a KombiMotor that runs on batteries and is made for workers who do a lot of different gardening, landscaping, and maintenance work during the workday. The KMA 120 R is battery-powered, which means it doesn't make a lot of noise. This makes it perfect for work in places where noise is a problem, like schools, hospitals, and quiet neighbourhoods. It has a 36-volt lithium-ion battery and is quiet, efficient, and strong enough to do a lot of different jobs, like cutting, cleaning, pruning, trimming, mowing, or trimming! It's easy to connect and change tools because it works with all KombiTools except the FSB-KM. All you have to do is put the tool you want into the shaft and tighten it to keep it in place.

It comes with a new type of loop handle that has a quick-mounting system. This lets you adjust the handle to your height for a more comfortable working position. This handle also makes it easier to do things on hills, around trees, or on uneven ground. The KMA 120 R has a strong brushless EC motor and a speed sensor on the handle that lets you choose between two speeds. KombiTools have an ECO mode (level 1) that is good for simple jobs like trimming the edges of your lawn. This mode uses less energy, so the battery lasts longer. KombiTools also have a full speed mode (level 2) for jobs that need more power, like clearing leaves, which uses more battery life. However, the speed adjustment can be changed indefinitely based on the KombiTool that is attached.

Any of the AP batteries will work with the KMA 120, but the number of hours it will work will depend on the adapter you use. Even though the AP 500 S battery has the longest working time, it is also the heaviest. If you plan to use the tool for a long time, like when trimming hedges, you might want to choose a battery with a smaller volume.

A simple harness comes with the KMA 120 R as standard. The KombiTools are sold separately.
